Crossfit training for Women
Fitter, Faster, Stronger is a five week training program developed for women.
If you have stopped getting results with your current fitness regime, if you want to start or return to fitness, or you want to take your fitness to the next level Fitter, Faster, Stronger is for you.
Sessions are an hour long and lead by two (female) trainers. The environment is intimate (limited numbers and we have the gym to ourselves!), safe, supportive and as a participant you get the opportunity to train and be inspired by like minded women.
Fitter, Faster, Stronger is aimed at women with a 'can do' attitude. I promise that with the right tools, and consistent training - you will walk out the door in five weeks time a more confident, capable and better version of your current self.
